Front Desk Agent


  • Immediately greet guest and offer to assist with their needs
  • Register and assign guests to hotel rooms
  • Establish method of payment and verify credit
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Compute bill, collect payments and make change for guests
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively and clearly
  • Ensure over guest satisfaction
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management


  • High School/GED required


  • Considerable skill in the use of a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations without error
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information
